Sonia Millar
Sonia started CSM in 1996, privately investing in property. After continued growth she attended a course by the IPAV in Estate Agency at Queens and passed with distinction. The business originated from an office in the home and with continued growth in Lettings and Block Management, offices on the Lisburn Road were opened in April 2006. Email sonia@csmni.com.
Steven Millar
Steven is in charge of our office I.T. and Property Management system and coordinates repairs and maintenance of managed properties. Email steven@csmni.com.
Sean Fox
Sean primarily handles Block Management. He joined CSM as a graduate placement and was retained. He is further developing his qualifications by continuing to study to become a Chartered Accountant. Email sean@csmni.com.
Fiona Hutchinson
Fiona is Personal Assistant to Sonia Millar and oversees the running of our busy office. Email fiona@csmni.com.
George Morrison BEM
George is our Rentals Manager. George will meet new Landlords and advice on preparation of properties to rent. He carries out viewings, draws up Tenancy Agreements, carries out Inventories, Condition Reports and Exit Reports. Email george@csmni.com.
Janice Dunwoody
With 30 years experience in the banking industry, Janice deals with the Rental Accounts of Tenants and the payments to Landlords. Email janice@csmni.com.

Michael inspects managed sites and liaises between Owners and Contractors. He also attended a course by the IPAV in Estate Agency at Queens and passed with distinction.
