Sonia Millar FNAEA

Sonia started CSM in 1996, privately investing in property. After continued growth she attended a course by the IPAV in Estate Agency at Queens and passed with distinction. The business originated from an office in the home and with continued growth in Lettings and Block Management, offices on the Lisburn Road were opened in April 2006. Email sonia@csmni.com

Michael Millar FNAEA

Michael inspects managed sites and liaises between Owners and Contractors. He also attended a course by the IPAV in Estate Agency at Queens and passed with distinction. Email michael@csmni.com

Fiona Hutchinson

Fiona is Personal Assistant to Sonia Millar and Office Manager. Email fiona@csmni.com

Lettings Department

Steven Millar

Steven is our Rentals Manager. He is also in charge of our office I.T. and Property Management system and coordinates repairs and maintenance of managed properties. Email steven@csmni.com

Paddy Gray BSc (Hons)

Paddy graduated from the University of Ulster in July 2009 with a BSc (Hons) Property Investment and Development degree. Paddy has managed a growing family property portfolio since the age of 16, and has gained an extensive knowledge of both the Belfast and Derry residential letting markets. He spent a year with one of the world's largest property consultants, working in their commercial agency and commercial property management departments, where he gained a Diploma in Industrial Studies. Paddy was a student member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and is currently working towards becoming a full member of the National Association of Estate Agents. Block Management Department

Alan Thompson BA (Hons)

Alan joined CSM in 2010 after working in the housing sector in Northern Ireland for over four years. He graduated from University of Ulster in 2005 with a degree in Business Studies with Computing. Alan is the Assistant Manager, and works alongside Sonia in the day to day running of the block mangement department. Email alan@csmni.com

Jane Chapman BA (Hons)

Jane is a member of our Block Management team, she primarily handles credit control and debt recovery. Jane has a degree in Film Studies and Sociology from the University of Northumbria.  Email jane@csmni.com

Stephen Barr BSc (Hons)

Stephen graduated from University of Ulster in 2008 with a degree in Environmental Health. He currently works in our Block Management Department. Stephen has previously spent a year working for Belfast City Council, in their Environmental Health department, where he gained a diploma in industrial studies.  Email stephen.barr@csmni.com

Daniel Magowan BA (Hons)

Daniel joined the company in September 2011. Daniel holds a BA (Hons) Architecture from University of Ulster. Daniel also possesses a HND in Built Environment and I.T. Daniel has experience in residential design, planning and PFI. Email daniel@csmni.com

Niamh Donnelly

Niamh currently combines studying for a BSc (Hons) Housing Management, with working part time in our Block Management department. Email niamh@csmni.com

Dermot McCabe

Dermot has joined the company on a student placement programme, from the University of Ulster, and will be working towards a BSc (Hons) Housing Management. Email dermot@csmni.com

 Finance Department

Janice Dunwoody

With 30 years experience in the banking industry, Janice deals with the Rental Accounts of Tenants and the payments to Landlords. Email janice@csmni.com

Sean Fox

Sean primarily handles Block Management. He joined CSM as a placement student and was retained. He is further developing his qualifications by continuing to study to become a Chartered Accountant. Email sean@csmni.com

Eugene McLaughlin BA (Hons)

Eugene graduated with BA Business Studies with Accountancy from University of Ulster, and is currently working towards his professional accountancy qualification with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Email eugene@csmni.com

Donna-Marie O'Prey

Donna-Marie graduated from University of Ulster in 2010 with an Associate Bachelors in Accounting. She continued her education at NUI Maynooth and in 2011 graduated with a Higher Diploma in Professional Accounting. Maintenance Department

Gordon Montgomery

Gordon is our Maintenance Manager and brings with him over 30 years experience working for the Carvill group. Over his career Gordon has built up a large range of contacts within the building industry in Northern Ireland. Within his role Gordon supervises work carried out by other contractors in addition to carrying out repairs on properties managed by CSM. Email gordon@csmni.com

Andrew Montgomery

Andrew works alongside his father and is planning a career in the building trade. He is gaining experience working in all areas of the construction industry and will be attending college in the future.
